At croppedNYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Returns:

We accept returns on new, unworn, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at NYCropped@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
